CQUniversity Organisational Restructure

The restructure provides CQUniversity with the opportunity to take the time to commence a thorough repositioning in terms of our staffing and resource requirements, program offerings and research directions with a view to ensuring we are well prepared to meet the challenges facing universities over the next decade.

CQUniversity is committed to managing change and the challenges of the future. Effective management of workplace change is seen as a process by which change is introduced which achieves an improvement in service and/or efficiency, in a way that preserves or enhances a positive workplace. All change needs to be managed thoughtfully and carefully and the role of this project team is to assist and support staff to do this.

The Organisational Restructure Project Team is responsible for implementing organisational change and supporting the CQUniversity community during the organisational restructure.
